The Whole Garden, Held in One Stem
The vessel is not symmetrical, and it was never meant to be. Each Flacon Botanique carries a single hand-pressed indentation — the trace of a thumb, left in raw stoneware before the clay could argue.
Five undyed rattan reeds draw the fragrance upward without heat — jasmine first, then steamed tea softened by oolong, and beneath it, wet stone and beeswax settling in for the length of a room's afternoon.

The composition
Built in three layers, like sediment
Each accord is built from a small number of proven perfumery materials rather than dozens of rare naturals — the reason this scent reads the same in batch 1 and batch 12.
Wild Jasmine Absolute
Sambac jasmine blended with Hedione for a diffusion that stays cool and green-edged rather than heavy.
Steamed Green Tea & Milk Oolong
A headspace tea accord softened by oolong lactones — vegetal at first breath, creamy by the second.
Wet River Stone & Beeswax
Ambroxan for the mineral cold, beeswax absolute for the warmth underneath it. What is left when the flower has gone.
Consistency at scale is not a compromise here. It is the point.
By hand
Five steps, one vessel
Nothing here is cast twice the same way. The thumb press happens before the clay sets, which is why no two vessels in a batch are identical.

Cast
Raw stoneware pressed into the mould, then marked by hand before it can fully set.

Trimmed
Excess clay removed at the base and neck while the body is still soft enough to correct.

Glazed — interior only
The inside is sealed with a clear vitreous glaze so the fragrance oil never touches raw clay.

Fired
A single high-temperature firing sets both the raw exterior and the glazed interior together.

Finished
Reeds and one dried botanical stem are added by hand at the very end, just before packing.
