We offer a 14-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. If you wish to return an object, please notify our concierge within this period to receive pre-paid return instructions.
Conditions of Return
Preserving the pristine condition of an artwork.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must remain in its original condition:
Free from water residue, scratches, finger marks, or cleaning chemical exposure. Encased in its original branded rigid box and protective sleeve. Accompanied by all original documentation and structural inserts.

Immediate allocation replacement without lengthy claim procedures.
If your package arrives with exterior damage or structural defects from transit, submit photographic record of the outer packaging and item within 48 hours of arrival. A replacement piece will be dispatched immediately from our reserved allocation.
Settlement & Refunds
Direct credit to your original payment method.
Once received and verified at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed within 3–14 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are waived for damaged arrivals.
