We collect only the essential information required to fulfill your order and deliver Le Vase Livre directly to your door:

  • Full Name — so our Concierge team knows how to address you.

  • Shipping Address & Phone Number — used exclusively by our express courier logistics partners for final delivery.

  • Email Address — for order updates, registry keys, and direct Concierge dialogue.

2. How Your Data Is Protected

  • Zero Third-Party Sales: We never sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to external databases or marketing agencies.

  • No Unsolicited Marketing: We will never flood your inbox with generic spam. Exclusive communications regarding limited drops are sent only upon your explicit request.

3. Encryption & Right to Erasure

All data is processed using high-grade SSL/TLS encryption protocols and remains accessible solely to the founder and designated Concierge staff.

Right to be Forgotten: You retain complete control over your information. At any time after delivery, you may request the complete and permanent deletion of your profile, address, and order history from our records. Simply notify concierge@springrenaissance.store, and we will execute your request immediately.

4. How we understand our visitors

When you browse springrenaissance.store, our own site script records how the site is used: pages and sections viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on buttons and links, items added to or removed from the bag, site searches, and where the visit came from (referring site or campaign link). It uses a random visitor ID stored in your browser. It never records what you type into fields, uses no advertising cookies, and shares nothing with advertising networks. When you choose to leave your email (to hold a piece, join the gazette or write to us), it is recorded together with that request. These records are kept in a private Google Sheet, with Google acting as our service provider, and are used only to improve the site and the collection. We keep them for 3 months.

Your choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this recording is switched off and nothing is stored; forms and checkout keep working. Visitors in the EU and UK are asked first through our cookie banner. You can clear your browser’s site data at any time, or write to concierge@springrenaissance.store to have your records deleted.
