Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We currently ship within the United States only.

When your order ships
Made-to-order objects ship when their edition is produced; we send a delivery estimate at dispatch. Made-to-order objects are released as First Editions: pre-orders are gathered until the edition's closing date, and production begins only once the edition reaches its minimum number of pre-orders. If it doesn't, every pre-order is refunded in full.
In-stock items, such as Le Vase Livre, ship from our partner warehouse.

Delivery time and cost
In-stock items arrive in 4–14 business days within the United States. Shipping is free and duties are included.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link.

Damaged arrivals
If an item arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy or write to concierge@springrenaissance.store.
