Terms of service

This agreement governs the acquisition of Le Vase Livre objects and defines the relationship between Spring Renaissance, private collectors, and commercial partners.

1. Order Confirmation & Client Agreement

  • For Private Clients (B2C): An order is finalized once payment is secured and confirmed by our system. Spring Renaissance reserves the right to decline an order in exceptional circumstances, such as exhausted limited-edition allocations or logistics restrictions.

  • For Commercial Partners (B2B): Wholesale allocations operate under a strict quota system. Requesting a bulk allocation does not guarantee reservation until a formal supply agreement is signed and deposit requirements are fulfilled.

2. B2B Allocations & Regional Exclusivity

Due to the strictly limited volume of each drop, wholesale distribution to luxury concept stores, interior design studios, and showrooms is granted on an advance reservation basis.

  • Quota Retention: Issued invoices for B2B allocations are reserved for 5 business days. Unpaid quotas automatically pass to the next candidate on the Waiting List.

  • Regional Exclusivity: Strategic partners securing priority volumes may request temporary territorial exclusivity for specific cities or districts to preserve brand prestige and margin protection.

3. Pricing & Secure Payments

  • Currency & Fees: All listed prices are fixed at checkout with zero hidden fees.

  • Payment Processing: B2C payments are securely processed via encrypted payment gateways (including credit cards, Apple Pay, and digital assets/NexaPay). B2B transactions are settled via international wire transfers under the terms of the individual supply contract.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, structural engineering, aesthetic concepts, visual branding, trademarks, photography, and text associated with Le Vase Livre and Spring Renaissance are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand founder. Unsanctioned reproduction, copying, or commercial distribution of replicas is strictly prohibited and subject to international legal enforcement.

5. Limitation of Liability & Care Guidelines

  • Display Variations: While we ensure precise photography, slight color or translucency variations caused by individual monitor calibrations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

  • Product Care: Acrylic objects require delicate care. The brand is not liable for damage resulting from drops, abrasive cleaners, or improper handling.
