Terms of service
Relationships between the Spring Renaissance brand, connoisseurs of our design, and our commercial partners are built on the principles of transparency, flawless service, and mutual respect.
1. Order Formation & Agreement
-
For Retail Clients: The purchase agreement is finalized once your checkout payment is successfully processed via our secure gateway and an order confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as the exhaustion of a limited-edition drop or logistics restrictions in specific remote zones.
-
For Commercial & Retail Partners: B2B allocations operate under a strict quota system. Submitting a wholesale inquiry does not guarantee stock allocation. The partnership becomes legally binding exclusively upon the execution of a formal Supply Agreement by both parties.
2. B2B Allocations & Waitlist Restrictions
Given the strictly limited volume of each design drop, allocation to interior design showrooms and concept stores is managed via early allocation windows prior to the official public release.
-
Pro-forma invoices for B2B quotas are held for 5 business days. If payment is not received, the allocation is automatically transferred to the next candidate on our Waitlist.
-
Select strategic partners may be granted temporary regional exclusivity to protect retail margins and eliminate local market saturation.
3. Pricing & Payments
-
B2C Retail: All payments are processed in USD via our secure, encrypted checkout infrastructure. The object remains the property of the brand until successful delivery.
-
B2B Wholesale: All settlements are processed via corporate bank transfer or authorized secure digital corporate networks according to the schedule defined in the individual Supply Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
The concept, visual assets, structural engineering, and aesthetic design of the Le Vase Livre object, alongside all trademarks, brand logos, imagery, and copywriting, are the exclusive intellectual property of Spring Renaissance. Any unauthorized replication, counterfeit production, or commercial exploitation of our brand identity by third parties is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under applicable federal and international intellectual property laws.
5. Governance & Limitations of Liability
We strive for absolute accuracy in our digital representations. Minor variations in color perception or material transparency due to individual device display calibrations do not constitute manufacturing defects. The brand is not liable for natural wear and tear, drop damages, or contact with abrasive chemical agents.
The official start of our international Summer Release is July 31, 2026. Any disputes are handled with the utmost professional integrity through direct, amicable executive dialogue.
