We strive to ensure that every Le Vase Livre object brings flawless visual pleasure to your home. If for any reason the object does not perfectly complement your space, our return process is designed to be seamless and delicate.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition of the Object

To be eligible for a return, the object must be in its pristine, original condition, showing no signs of use (such as micro-scratches on the acrylic or chips) and must be enclosed in its original signature packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

No paperwork or complex bureaucratic procedures required:

• Simply contact our Customer Concierge at support@springrenaissance.store.

• Provide your order number and a brief note regarding your space.

• Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions for secure transit back to our fulfillment partner.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and passes a brief integrity inspection, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 2–3 business days.

Damages & Integrity Guarantee: We fully absorb all transportation risks. If your object arrives with even the slightest defect, our Concierge will immediately arrange a complimentary premium replacement—no third-party expertise or unnecessary questions asked.
